rear calipers - HELP

I currently have a pair of hispec 2 calipers on the rear. I don't have the paperwork to cover what was fitted before these but I need to change them to fit a handbrake. I've considered an auxiliary caliper from Hispec themselves but it seems overly expensive for what I want them to do (£209)

Just wondering what people would suggest as alternatives? Is there any cheap rover/ford/oem calipers which would be suitable as a replacement for the hispec ones all together? If the worst comes to the worst i will just pay it but I would sooner find another solution as I've not had the best experience when dealing with the company in the past but that's a whole new matter altogether.

Thanks in advance.

Has anyone tried a mountain bike disc brake caliper? Maybe car discs are just too thick.

Also some motorbikes used cable operated calipers (kawasaki z200 perhaps)

Thanks for everyone's help. Just looking at the link to the one at £49 I'm struggling to see how it's mounted but I'm going to buy it and see how we get on. A disc brake on a bicycle would be sufficient due to the weight if the car it needs to hold (and the diameter is considerably smaller). Thanks once again for everyone's assistance.

That small calliper seems like a bargain, could you post some pics up when you get it fitted please?

Also, would it be ok for IVA?
