Tyre pressure - slicks

what sort of pressure should i be running in slicks?

its only for trackdays, not racing, so just a rough idea would be great

thanks

Depends on manufacturer, construction, size, vehicle mass and many other factors.
Best ask the manufacturer of the tyres

As a guide, we ran the Radical on Avon crossply slicks
7.2x20-13 fronts at 13 psi cold
9x21-13 rears at 16 psi cold

I run used Michelin slicks on my 580kg car. Usually start about 18psi cold, and after the first decent track session, come in and asap, drop them back down to 18 to 20 psi hot. Then just keep an eye on them through the day.

I start at 12 - 13 psi, as they heat up they end up around 16 - 17 psi

I then check the temperatures across the width and add or drop a little to make this even across the width during down time.
