Have a look on the Tilton, Wilwood & AP Racing websites for dimensioned drawings of their pedal boxes.

Pedal box design has been tried and tested over many years, what kind of bright ideas were you expecting?

Perhaps you could build it using unobtainium and make it spherical with a one pedal combined reservoir remote control system

I just cut some brackets so I could hang pedals off the bulkhead top rail and made some pedals, brake out of 1" box, clutch 1" tube and used a throttle pedal I had lying around.

Not a great picture but you can see the work in progress.

Clutch is cable so pulls above the pivot, brake has a rod so made a strong bulkhead and bolted the master cylinder to it.

The pivots are bolts, I welded tube into the box to match, they are made from off cuts so free, to finish some 1/4" plate then bolted on cheap halfords aluminium pedal covers.
