I have been doing some work on this recently.
The blades generally seen are F2 second hand or machined fresh.
If you find a supplier, let me know. I know a caterham running company supply them.

The (front) ARB I have experience of is on a 205 GTI, which uses jointed links to connect to purpose included brackets on the front struts. Not
having fitted one to a 7 type car I'd imagine the difficulty would be connecting the ARB well to the front uprights or wishbones. Maybe there
are kits for this purpose though(?)

the legendary Dermot Healey is a great source of used ARB blades and at sensible money. call him with an approx blade length and he will dig through
his Aladdins cave im sure
