Brake cylinder location

Evening all,
Currently getting my car (F27) back together ready for the summer, and i have come across a bit of an issue...
Hopefully the picture below will illustrate the issue.
The brake cylinder currently sits very close to the first throttle body, making it very difficult to fit any kind of filter.Previously there has been a cut down filter bodged onto the throttle body. now i'd like to sort it out properly. is there any way i can move the brake cylinder?

You will either need to change the peddle box so master cylinder is lower down or fit a remote reservoir and hope the pipes allow enough space. Hard to see from the picture of there is

How easy is it to fit a different pedal box? Any recommendations?
