Help needed identifying 200sx differential
Hi all
I want your help to find out if my diff is vlsd or not.
As you can see in the pictures there is a vlsd sticker on the back plate.
The casing is the 38311 - 40F10. In the bottom the numbers is 013 KN22.
The guy that i bought it from he did'n't know anything about.
Can anyone tell me how can i be sure if this is a original vlsd?

Cue the dishings back for my novice comment......
But isn't it the case on most LSDs that if you turn one side, the other side should turn in the same direction.
I.e. if the wheels turn in opposite directions, it's an open diff, both together, it's LSD?
Is it as simple as giving it a turn?

I tried to turn and the wheels turn in opposite directions so i think is open.
Maybe someone took the vlsd from inside.....
