Wheel clearance
I've been looking for some 13" wheels with a half decent offset without any success so I think I'll have to bite the bullet and
order up some new ones, not sure which yet but probably revolutions, image, force etc while I know how to work out the offsets etc what I need to
know is how much clearance should I allow, I'm thinking 10mm would be ok, what are people's thoughts

Thanks but I'm really talking about the clearance to the suspension arms on the rear axle

Perhaps you should have said that in the opening post then!!!!!
Lots of Westfields with wide 13 inch rims on the rear run a few mm''s of clearance to the bottom hub mounting bolts without issue,I think
you can reduce your 10mm to 5mm with ease imo
