VW Caddy Towing, anyone tried it?
Hi collective brain,
has anyone towed with a VW Caddy van and how did it go?
I have seen some have tow limits of 1500kg which should be ok.
My car is 450kg, trailer about the same.
Anyone tried this?
The sickness started in 2001 with a Robin Hood 3A, Prelit Westy,Tiger Cub, Tiger Avon, Tiger R6, 16v Mini, Sylva Fury Fireblade, Westfield Sei,
Mallock Mk11, Fireblade Locost, Tiger Avon, Procomp LA Gold, Mk26 Mallock...........and now a Mk18 Mallock.....LR750, Vandiemen FX02

Hi,
I have a 2008 2.0tdi (140bhp) caddy and use it to tow a 500/550kg trailer and the same weight of car with no real issues apart from very occasionally
dropping into 5th on some steep sections of motorway.
