J&R Driveshafts
Guys,
Just a heads up, if you need to buy any new ones, the od off these are larger than standard ones (boot od, and clip), ie wont go through rear back
brake plate or hub mounting. (on my cvh size brakes, im not sure if the bigger brake models have a larger hole in the back plate etc).
I have 2 off new ones, I cant use now. long story, tried various ways to fit them, had no joy, too late to send them back.

I had the same problem, new ones machined from billet v rolled can, I had to take off the upright, fit new drive shaft, replace upright.

yeh, j&r ones look strong, glad im not the only one having trouble fitting them, thought it was my old age lol.

I have drum brakes, I had to remove the drum and feed the drive shaft from the inside through the mounting then push it into the diff, then refit the
drum.
A right old faff.
NB this was replacing the diff side joints
