Brake Master Cylinder Sizes
Out of interest what size master cylinders are people running on their cars?
We have .625 front and .7 rear, brakes are m16 calipers front and drums on the rear. Pedal box has bias adjustment which is adjusted all the way
forward. The car still feels like the rears are locking first.

Those are common sizes to run. Ideally you'd want the bias to be somewhere in the middle of its range. You could go smaller on the front or
bigger on the rear or change you rear slave cylinders to a smaller bore.
Have you checked the bias bar isn't articulating so far as to lock out when you press the pedsl

Try shortening the effective length of the pushrod on the rear master cylinder. Recently changed both of mine and had similar problem which I didn’t
have before, think I screw the pushrod further into the Clovis until I had about 6 mm difference, fronts now locking up first

Thanks guys, got a few things to check there!
What smaller slave cylinders are available for Ford drums? Not exactly sure what they are at the moment but I imagine its an Escort rear end.

Was that on the front or rear pushrod you shortened?
