Rear end parts confusion

I have gotten myself into a mixed parts confusion and I need a bit of help from those with more knowledge than me.

My rear diff and drive shafts are the push in kind. I also have a rear disc setup complete with hub and the splined rotor but of couse the driveshaft splined bit wont fit into the disc hub. Is the inner diameter of the drum wheel bearings the same so I can just replace the disc hub with one from a drum brake car?

No, its not as simple as that IIRC as the bearings are different and drum hub carrier doesnt have brackets for the calipers.

I figured it wasnt since I couldnt find anyone thats done it before. I guess I'll have to source drum carriers and hubs and then just make an adapter plate to hold the calipers.

Adaptor plates are available, MK sell them for one.
If you want to make your own, I have a pair that I could trace onto card for you

Thank you for offering but I've got access to lasercutters at work so the adaptor plates is the easy part to fix.
