Brake Pipes
Maybe a stupid question but...
What size of brake pipe is used with 3/8" unions to fit girling masters and Ford calipers M10
Cheers

3/16" copper (or copper/nickel) brake line is what you need. It is compatible with both the M10x1 nuts for the M16 calipers and the 3/8 unf nuts
for the master cyls.

Definately go for Copper nickel brake pipe, not much more expensive but much better corrosion resistance. Just as easy to work with as well.

Mac
(if not easier in fact as it doesn't seem to work harden as quickly!)
