Can I ask why you want to swap it out ?
Diff sits over to the drivers side a bit more so may fowl the standard chassis.
Ive modded mine for an easy fit but it will affect seat choice.

cause I'm after a better diff ratio
zx9 is a little low geared (my opinion)
got a 4.1/1 diff at the mo
so it screams its head off !
even though i like the noise,
would just like a little bit more

you could fit a pair of sierra diff plates and use a de dion, which would be minimal chassis changing etc. Quite cheap too i believe. 4.1 does sound
rather short for a zx9!
Bigwasa's right about the capri axle affecting seat choice, i couldnt get a triton special in cos of the kink at the end of the tunnel.

eBay time
Why not just stick a lower diff in your current axle.
I have seen lots of the on eBay for not a lot of money in all ratios down to 3.44.
There was a guy in Scotland who had quite a few.

i took a picture at the weekend that showed the difference between a capri and escort diff as i removed my capri one and am now storing it at the back
of my garage with my escort one.
Bloke on here is looking at providng a de-dion setup. been talking to him a bit (had a beer, can't remember name) and its looking good.
fitting a capri diff isn't that hard, just make the two vertical 19mm tubes, errm, eek, how to explain, at the moment they are at the edge of
the chassis trans tunnel and the ali panels to the inside of them. move them 19mm so the ali panels to the outside. fitted ok for me.
