Sierra Lsd question please.

Are all diffs with the bolt on half shaft Lsd ie Sierra 4x4 and Scorpio ect. I know there is a 7" and a 7 1/2" but are they all Lsd's ?

I was at my locall scrapie today Sun was shinning,no wife and kids my idea of heaven.

Whilst there I asked on a price for the diff on the 4x4, the reply was £25 the car was also complete with all the rear discs and calipers ect.

Shame I didnt have the time energy or tools. He seems to charge the earth for crap but I pay peanuts for the good stuff. Ie a mint Ford coil pack £2

no, all 4x4s are both lsd and bolt on shafts, but not all bolt on shafts are lsd.

Most bolt-ons aren't LSD's, but one from a 4x4 is and £25 is a bargain! A rare scrappy that hasn't cottoned on to the value of sierra 4x4 bits. I got my front prop sorted now Froggy so you can have that one if it's a 2 litre! Say - did you get my U2U? I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of that 4x4 westy you mentioned...
