Protec adjustable coil overs

Hi all,

To save alot of phaffing around,
Can anybody advise me on the correct method of adjusting the Protec coilovers, ie which way to turn the adjusting knob to achieve harder/softer settings.
I've been all over the web to try to find the info, but no luck. The Protec website would be handy wherever that is!

Many thanks

Dave

clockwise to stiffen, anticlock to soften, you'll very quickly feel the difference anyway!

Starting point on these light cars if you have std protech valving would be around 4 clicks up from full soft on the rear and maybe around 6-7 clicks on the front, just as a rough starting point. (obviously depends on what spring rates you have but I'm guessing between 140 and 180 lb rears and 250 to 300 lb fronts)
