Bolt type
Any recommendations for bolt type/hardness, to use with wishbone rose joints?
Will standard Hi-tensile bolts be okay or is something stronger recommended?
Cheers

Grade 8.8 is fine.
In fact, it's the SVA minimum I beleive.

High tensile bolts will be fine but buy from a reputable supplier like Namrik to ensure you actually get what you ordered.

... if you despearatelly desire 12.9, as long as it is metric, then my local fasteners will do them.

Bolts
If you really want to ensure good stuff then get MS series aircraft spec bolts. They are plated and available in practically every grip length.
Otherwise buy a good quality manufacturer such as Unbrako or Alen.
