... back to f27 rear suspension

back to this one. didn;t get rounbd to taking photos but those that remember, I am looking to lower the height at the back (fitted are shocks/spring from a triumph dolomite) by approx. 15mm.

having had a closer look, they are like coil over spax shocks - eyelet at bottom end and what I am guessing is threaded stud fitting at the top;

editied when found photo of actual unit/

similar to ones on the rockers at the front.
(but the top spring seat is bolted using 4 bots to the rear bulkhead)
So if you are an F27 owner, what have you fitted on the back, and photo if you can pretty please...? (my chassis is narrow body early plan built using English axle)

Thinking about it, as long as the eyelet takes a 1/2 inch bolt plus is the right width (need to measure) I could fabricate a bracket for another eyelet on the top and bolt that in place. (so I guess quite a few shocks with the right spring rate? could be made to fit e.g.150 - 180 lbs))
