Unique Question Revisited
Nobody really answered my question last time so i just wanted to check that nobody knows the answer (or know where i can get the answer) before i go
scrounging round a load of scrap yards in the pouring rain.
Does anyone know if the rear drive shaft from a sierra will fit a front hub from a front wheel drive ford car i.e. Mondeo, orion, etc.
Cheers

Hi Ben,
I think it might. The only reason I say this is that MK are doing something similar with the back end of the GT1. Unfortunately I can't quite
remember what though- it might be shortened Granada shaft into Escort hubs or something though.

I've got a FWD gearbox and a set of Sierra hubs so I can try it that way around if you like?

That would be brilliant.
I have tried to find some pictures of the rear end set up of a GT1 but to no avail.
I don't fancy ringing MK cos it would sound like i am trying to steal a design (which i am most certainly not)
