Drivr Shafts yet again
Hi,
Today was the day for me to shorten my drive shafts, I measured them, remeasured them to make sure. Then cut them, put them in a lathe to do the
neccessary work after stripping the cv joints.
The drive shafts are off a 2.0 ltr DOHC Sierra.
On going to the local parts man was told that I could not get the Drive shaft joint covers, only new drive shafts. Can anyone tell me where I can get
these covers please.
Regards
Bob

Yes, fords the place, however be warned, there are several different sizes/part numbers. If you know what year the car is you should be ok. I
didn't, and it took 3 goes to get the right ones, all special ordered from Ford and non returnable.
