Which brake master cylinder do I use
Starting from scratch, which brake master cylinder do I use, what are you using, where's the best place to get one?

If you are using the Sierra donor then use that one. Without the servo. Or twin cylinders with a ballance bar.

Sierra will do fine. No servo required.
Buy a new one.
