Wishbone conversion nearly completed!
Well its been a long time comming...(cant even remeber how long!)...
But for the first time I bolted everything together and dropped the car down on its front wheels....such a nice feeling for it to look like a car!
Camber is a bit out and there is no steering rack...but its getting there
Its all got to come appart again to be painted, but atleast I know it goes together!

Bit of a difference in unsprung weight youd have thought? Must make a fair difference to way the car handles - bet you cant wait to try it!

Deffinately a difference in unsprung weight...
I never actualy drove the car with silly pillock suspension on it...infact no one has ever driven this car!
and that would be a big fat YES...I cant wait to drive this thing!

the track rod in the first photo look like they've been bent
(if so then for safety's sake, will need to be replaced).

To be honest...that first photo isnt mine..I pinched it from the rhocar website...
wouldnt suprise me if they had bent the track rod on purpose..
I have a brand new rack, rods and ends on order so no worries there!
