Mating TRE with uprights?!?!?!

Im a bit unsure on this toppic, so if someone could shed some light on it...

Im using sierra uprights at the front...Do I mount the track rod ends ontop of underneath the steering linkage on the upright?

And, is this different to how it was mounted on the sierra I.E. Do I need to get the upright modified to take the TRE the other way up than origionally designed (re tapered)?

Chears.

You are getting the track rod end and bottom ball joint mixed up. The track rod fits in from underneath and the bottom balljoint hole needs modifying to take a Cortina or Maxi balljoint.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

If you mean the steering rack T rod ends then they come up through the bottom.
Without modification,
Steve,
