MT75 Someone good ideas?
Hi,
Was looking today into the bell-house of my MT75 when i noticed that the clutchlever was sitting loose.
When i removed the lever, the hardened pin, is sitting loose. It fell on the floor.
The hole in the bell-house is too big to hold the hardened ball
Anyone know if there is a modification so i still can use it?
Or throw it away, and look for another MT75 or complete sierra

Don't know anything about how the clutch lever fits in the MT75, but a sure fire fix for loose parts, (that shouldn't be), is good old
JB-Weld. Have used this on several jobs at various times, its the dogs whatsits. HTH Ray

The pin is only to locate the end if the clutch arm, it takes no significant load when you operate the clutch so using an epoxy as Ray has suggested
should be fine.
You could probably tap the hole out and use a small machine screw to locate the arm with no problems.
