Haven't had the rain....???
My mate works in Newark and he said it chucked it down for most of yesterday, and I live 10 miles away and its standing water round here.....
Not that the organisers have a vested interest in people turning up regardless....
Take yer wellies....

its orrible up North. Im still planning on driving down tomorrow afternoon. Just got a roll of bin bags to weather proof holdalls etc! Have waterproof
trousers and coat on standby. Mind you if it gets any worse ill have to get a wetsuit and outboard motor![](/images//smilies/bigsmile.gif)
Thanks for the feedback Marc.
There is one big advantage to having a Pinto when the weather is like this......... the underneath of the car is weatherproof

I live close to newark and it has been raining alot, but seems to be draining away quite well.
I will be there on sunday in my Subaru Forester 4x4 if anyone needs a tow off the grass

Doubt the landy would get you all the way to newark certainly not as quickly as 227 bhp turbo
