Swaybar (anti-roll bar) question
If two swaybars have:
- the same cross-sectional diameter and
- the same center section length and
- the same center section to arm angle and
- the same amount of prior use with no damage and
- the same weight (one's not titanium and the other steel),
is there any way they could have different rates of torsional resistance?
What I'm getting at is can you be pretty sure that two "identical" bars found in the scrap yard will work the same?

If its the same metal and the same heat treatment i sure cant see how they could be different!

On the other hand, if it's the same metal and differnt heat treatment there can be a huge differance in torsional resistance.
Try to bend them (slightly) and see if they feel the same.
