Photos of the gearboxes would be easier to identify, if you have access to a camera?
4 speed or 5 speed?

Rocket isn't a gearbox type it is a set of close ratios that are fitted in the Type E gearbox as fitted to the original RS2000.
Likewise the 2000e and Bullet were semi-close and close ratio gear sets that were optionally fitted to the Mk1/2 Cortina or type 3 gearbox casings.
A close ratio or semi-close ratio gear set such as the Rocket, Bullet or 2000e is worth having. in a light sports car.
Only way to tell if you have a rocket gearbox is to check the 1st and 2nd gear ratios by counting input and output shaft turns.
