sierra drum brakes
Hello Chaps,
I am trying to assemble the back brakes on my velocity using a drum brake assembly from a sierra.
Does anyone have picture of the assembly.
I cant get the handbrake cabke to fit and im not sure if ive swapped the n/s for the o/s when i stripped it.
Hope soem one can help

Have you got the Haynes manual? If not u2u me, there are links to online versions if you're not opposed to copyright infringements...

thanks i have the haynes manual but the velocity has the brake cylinder at the bottom and the haynes manual shows it at the top.I tried to invert the
book.
Im not sure if if realy made abig mess??

On the Sierra as original, the brake slave cylinders are at the top and the handbrake cable enters at the bottom running from front to rear. The back
plates are handed but you should be able to sort them out from the above.
