Fireblade Ignition Coils and bike breakers
Anyone know if the coils for all RR blades are the same or do I need to make sure I buy one from the right year (96/97 in my case)?
I have been looking at a couple of breakers on th'internet and can't locate the specific one I require.
While I'm on the subject, does anyone know of any good bike breakers? Preferably in the South but not too fussed.
I really don't want to give Honda £88 + VAT (plus £15 per HT lead).

I dont think that mine (99 RRX) are any different to my mate's in his Megablade (93 RRP?), certainly dont look any different, but possibly best
to call the Honda dealer and ask for them, and if he asks you a year then that might tell you they are different.

We fitted some from here to a Goldwing and it went loads better after. Dyna coils, gave a lot better spark than originals. No involvement with them
etc.
yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I can check the part numbers on my fireblade parts cd tonight if you want, it covers all models.

Cheers guys. Managed to locate one for the correct year today.
I used one of those parts searches - you know - "we mail our affiliated retailers and they will contact you if they have the parts". I
expected a load of e-mail bumph and nothing of any use but I got four replies straight away offering the part next day, for £25-£35...quite pleasantly
surprised.
