what bolts hold rear drum back plate to axle?
Hi,
I want to fit my rear drums. I bought them seperately to the axle so i dont have the bolts that attacthes the backplate to the axle. Ive tried an 8mm
bolt, but it would only go in 1mm or so.
What size do I need? or do i just need to be more forcefull with the 8mm? maybe its a different thread pitch?
Cheers,
Theo

I think it's 5/16 UNF - very close to 8mm.

B&Q ? Homebase ? Very unlikely.
However there is a brilliant shop in Pudding Lane, Maidstone that does all kinds of bolts, nuts set screws etc.
