Rear hub carriers
Im a little bit unsure as to how to go about the rear hub carriers to make the IRS work.
On the bmw it currently has ones looking like this.

And reusing would be impractical as it would be sticking out of the wheel arch somewhere!
So has anyone got any ideas they could share and some pictures would be a great help.

maybe modify them and go for some kind of de-dion set up?

have no idea what de dion is but i was thinking mabye just cutting these up and fitting new supports onto it and making mounts for the wishbones like
that.

de dion is kind of like a live axle but still using irs, do a search on here and you find loads about it.
plenty of folk have made their own hub carriers and stuff

well, i've never made one myself (mine has to use a live axle) so i don't know how hard it is, but here's a good picture of a de dion,
note the tube across the back that's welded to the hub carriers

Chop out the bearing carrier and weld up a frame.

I see you have moved the calipers to sit behind the axle.
Are you using Sierra calipers? and if so, they are mounted above the axle in the donar car.
How is this going to affect the bleeding process? (need to ensure the nipple is at the highest point)
