Looking for Wheels
I've been thinking of getting some alloy wheels and I've come across this page.
http://www.tyresave.co.uk/fitment.html
I know that the sierra wheels will fit on a locost but there is a problem with the offset, I also understand that the offset on the escort is around
20 so, in theory, I would have to look for wheels that are 4x108 PCD and 20 offset.
On the above page it shows Citroen BX/ZX etc. with 4x108 PCD and 15-22 offset but the Central Bore is 65 whereas the sierra/escort is 63.3, my
question is this, would these wheels be suitable for my Locost or is the Central Bore not at all suitable?

The hole in the middle or spigot dosnt realy come into it,as long as the holes line up and the offset are ok off you go,you could allways buy some
sexy RS 4 spokes off me!

You live too far away, It's not worth the extra cash to drive there, I'll keep an eye out in the local rags and ebay, loot, adtrader etc.
I have a Citroen ZX and I've checked the spare on the car (chassis then!) seems a nice fit, shame they're only steel.

Puegot alloys will also fit , maybe you could use 205 GTI wheels.I had a BX and found that the wheels were a perfect fit.I personaly would try to make
some spacer rings and maybe shrink or loctite them to the hubs or wheels , as ideally the wheel should locate on the hub and only be retained by the
studs, however on a light car it probably doesent really matter much.
