Hi Zee,
In my photo archive is a diagram I used:
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/photos/showppic.pl?file=bracketjig2.jpg&archive=James
I made up a jig with the dimensions in the left hand diagram and placed the rear/lower brackets first as the bottom chassis rail gives a datum line
against which to set the rest of them up. If you have your wishbones fitted fully you can use these to help distance the brackets.

I'm using a method I read on here somewhere this time round. I have some 50x50 rhs with a 3mm wall thickness and am going to cut off the front
wall to make a [ channel shape. It should be easier than bending the brackets which took me 2 days last time. The poly bushes I am using are a
perfect fit inside the box section but if you are using shorter ones they could be spaced with washers.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I think you are asking how to make the brackets...
You can see the 'square tube with one side cut-out solution' on my website.

They were MK bushes I bought for my car but I only used some on the rear so I have them left over. They are slightly too wide for book brackets but
are easy enough to shorten the outers and crush tubes. The ones they use now seem a harder poly compound than mine so may not be so suited to live
axle.
