Escort-width De-Dion?
Hi all,
I'm sure I've seen in the past on here that there is somewhere that sells Escort-width De-Dion to take Sierra-based stuff...
Am I right? If so, I'm being dumb and can't find exactly where - so if anyone knows, then it'll help me a lot!  I'm starting
on my Anglia project and standard Sierra stuff is too wide, but Escort stuff will be fine for width

yes you are right - i'll look for the company for you now that advertised them although last time i looked they didnt seem to have DeDions on
there. You could also go to GTS if you feel brave and have plenty of time to wait

I think the idea is a non-starter the Anglia axle is a lot narrower than an Escort axle.

Yes the Escort axle is wider than the Anglia axle, but I've already got the Escort front end fitted and its still within the boundaries of the
bodywork. Sierra is even wider, and I would need flared arches - not something I want as it'll ruin the lines of the car - plus I'm going
for the sleeper look - especially with the 200+ bhp Nissan 1.8 turbo lump going in it
