I thought that they might have been image wheels. I can't see an exact match but the IFX seems similar although they're split rims rather
than one-piece as they look like they are in your picture. Some v. nice wheels though!

They are Revolution wheels.
I know you can get these in Germany from Irmscher, Rush or from Timms Autoteile.
