what should i consider when routing brake lines?
just covered my stainless flexi pipes with clear heat shirink. looks very nice and should keep SVA man happy.
what should i think about when routing the lines. its gonna be flexi lines throughout.
flat as possible? should the MC be the highest point? the calipers be the highest point? does it matter?
what if the brake lines start at the MC, round the engine bay, up a little at the fron, and back down to the caliper (so the middle of the pipe is the
highest point?)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I am not sure it matters. I routed mine so they don't touch anything but the front scuttle bulkhead. Little plastic P-clips (every 275mm)
throughout. Did you check some of the more common kit build manuals: MK, GTS et al? I don't remember what they said offhand cause it's
been a while now since I did that bit. I'll see what I can dig up and post it.

Stainless flexi pipes need to be covered for SVA. They recon someone could graze their leg
if hit. Mad seeing as they are behind the front wheels on a kit car and if you did hit someone enough to graze their legs with the brake hose then you
would have broken their legs already.

I think the covering for the braided hoses is more to do with the fact that they can saw their way through anything they rub against,
