alloy wheel purchasing.

Hi Guys,o.k. I am goin to buy some alis but cant decide what.I have mk with ali sides-choices are-team dynamics phantom,dotz imola,or some Dezent 5 spokes look like aez icon 5s.Pics can be found on Alcar wheelwright.co.ukDo you know anything about any of the above companies?All 6 1/2 ,et38 15s with 195/50 tyres.-spot on for m.k.?Also what ratings would i need for tyres -slow pinto but may upgrade power near future?Mike.

mine are on my donor car escort cosworth 16"x8" deep dish 5 spoke allys - ford have a good range of alloy wheels as standard

Good choice for size. I went for 6" width wheels and now fined that some 50/55 ratio tyres in 205 width need 6.5" rims so will need to stick with 195s, not too much of a problem. As with many things in life an extra 1/2" would have made all the difference. Do check the ET size though on the back so that the tyres don't rub on the outer edge return flange.

et25 - had some major issues fitting them on the 4be when i got em - hammer and angle grinder made love to the arches, then i stopped been tight and bought a set of goodyear eagle F1's on a 205/45/16, brand new, for 90 quid fitted good knowing people at tyre places
