I'm looking at upgrading my quick release steering wheel boss. I currently have a £50 eBay job, but from day dot it's had some play in it.
Even tho in the description it claimed zero play!!
Can anyone recommend/suggest a quick release boss that has zero play in. Iv seen the more expensive one about that also claim zero play, but just
wanted to hear from someone that actually can recommend one.
Cheers
We also had a cheap one and upgraded to a race parts one. Much better and well worth the money, the lifeline ones are also very good too.

check Demontweeksoutlet on Ebay to see if they still have some... I bought one and there is absolutely no play in it and only cost about 65
I have got a NRG 2.5and there is no plat and it is very well made. They do several styles an colours, we have the locking plate as well for added
security when you not around the car

or : ebay

Unfortunately they don't make these any more, no play what so ever and it locks on with a key, preventing any accidental removal.

I have a snap off one and it's excellent

rally design will make one to your needs just give them a call.
or any engerneerring firm can do this as its just a plate that has 100mm pdc and 70mm to the pattern of your chosen wheel.

Probably not sorry.

Afraid not Daz You would have to fit one of these: eBay Item, the QR and a new wheel.
Why does everything have to be soooooo complicated :-/ lol
Anyone know of anyone doing the lockable quick release setups as couldnt rely just on the quuck release mechanism.
