Does anybody have the SVA guidelines on seatbelt/harness regulations?

People talk about E markings, if a belt is FIA approved (sabelt) then will that pass?

Likewise the rules on the turnbuckle release??

What are your views / experences?

I have Sabelt harnesses with turnbuckle release and clip on upper straps which passed at Notts without any problems.
