I've "Engine turned" panels myself but only to hide deep scratches and the fact I've used crappy second hand materials!!
For steel/Stainless, use carbonundrum paste and a dowl/broom handle turned down and stuffed in a drill. For ally, brasso, polish, oily wet and dry
etc...
A pillar drill works best so you can get the swirls even!!

Yeah, make your own. Get pillar drill, get abrasive disc, and starting machining.
See you in a year or two
Alternatively, cover it with vinyl.
