Does anyone know if these switches are SVA ok for dash mounting outside of the exemption area?

I have seen them used on many cars particularly Caterhams and they don't seem to have any problem's with them.
They came with the loom which has all the connectors pre-installed. If I mount them in the centre of the dash 1 maybe 2 of them fall outside of the exemption area.

i use them and they passed in the middle of my dash

Thanks for your replies. Just wanted to make sure before I start making holes in the dash.
