Is there any problems in using a wooden base and back for seats for the SVA?

Thinking of using some Fiesta seats cut down and put on to wooden frames.

and you'll see that my seats are wood backed, it had no relevance to the SVA.............................

My seats are made from cut down Volvo seats and marine ply backing, take a look on my website.

How did you mount them to the floor and does this affect the SVA?
