Iv ordered a gaitor for my gear lever and i was wondering how to secure it to the tranny tunnel cover (made of hardboard, foa and vinyl covering)

I used spray glue to skick mine to the underside. Worked well, make sure you use something vinal friendly.

I slipped an ali' ring over the top and rivetted it down trapping the gator material between the ring and the top of the tunnel...

it didn't work.

Yet to find a decent way of doing it, so fire away everyone else!!!

^^^ As above but Stainless steel ring, attached with bolts and nuts.. This did work (for the handbrake)! But this was an ali topped tunnel..

I like the glue idea if the tunnel top is covered in vinyl.
