Got myself some vinyl and a bit of fluted vinyl from the Stafford show at the weekend. I have been sewing for a while now, (sounds a bit gay I know) as I am a technology teacher in a secondary school. I have to be able to teach textiles / sewing. I fancy having a go at making my own bench seat for my 7 and have already cut the foam and made the bases just need some confidence to start them, I am cautious of making a mess of them as the rest of my car is so nice. Want to start them ASAP cut the templates and patterns. Any words of wisdom from simalar out there who have done the same.
Have a look at this forum: http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/interior/

Perhaps he could teach you about sentence structure and punctuation?
You'll do fine - I made the tunnel cover for my car without any previous experience, and that came out OK...
