I have had a brief sit in a couple and they seem fine but are they really comfortable after a few minutes driving ?
I habe a bad back and drove 200 miles in them with very little discomfort I do have pads fitted to them
I have GRP seats with pads, and they are Very comfy
what make...and where do you get pads ?
Dead comfy. I've done a 3000miles one week tour and 500 miles in a day at least 3 times. Never feel any worst than tin-top seats... might even be better. Just GRP seats with pads cut from camping mat.
i got my seats and pads from here:

Mine have carbon headrests, and black vinyl covered pads with yellow piping
those jk ones look the dogs Bs
how much ?
Don't forget this outfit.

I have some and an very pleased with them.
I'd see how you get on with the seats WITHOUT pads before you spend your hard-earned on some.
I've used both and I actually find the pads a literal pain in the ass!
The tillet low back in mine is amazingly comfortable!
ill second the no pads... theyre dead comfy as they are.
GRP without pads it is...I love it when a plan saves me money
Try and get a long passenger ride in the cold first on GRP with no pads. I seem to have a problem that when cold and the hard seat seems to affect a nerve somewhere and within 15 mins I start to get a VERY dead leg. Never happens with padding as it's warmer and softer. I even tried bubble wrap and it cured it.
Hi folks, i was wondering if someone have tried some of GBS robin hood ones - like this
KIT CAR Robin hood westfield locost GRP BUCKET SEATS PR on eBay (end time 20-Dec-10 22:04:15 GMT)
And if someone knows what is the size at the front low section in mm it will be very nice. I know that Jk and triton are best but i would like to see
if someone knows anything about these
