I have been toying with seats and its just not in the budget to get the nice fiber or carbon ones. I am a foot taller than my wife so the seat will
have to be movable. I already have the leather to cover seats so I have been considering making a mdf/plywood frame that would raise the thigh
suport and the rear half of the seat would go over the prop tunnel. Hopefully be able to add some shoulder side support as well but that seems to be
the hardest part to figure out while leaving it fairly easy to cover.
Has anyone tried to make a movable bench?
I will post a sketch of the idea soon.

I am going to use Land Rover Series 3 Deluxe center seats in my book chassis, they fit great and provide some side bolstering. Get the sliding seat
brackets for the S3 and narrow them to fit. It's gonna be great!
