As i am tryin to keep the weight down as much as possible, i am thinkin bout mk seats (can u get them in CF?) but the problem is im built like a rake! When i go karting the seats rip the back of me. So do the mk seats hold tight enough and are they suitable for long journey? Cheers

MK do ones with a touch of carbon in or on them..
My CF ones were made by someone in Northern Ireland....got them through someone over here though so I dont have a contact in N.I....ask about...you never know you might just find out who it is.

They weigh 2.5kg each ...but are a bit too lightly made...the backs flex so I have had to make a brace for them......
Mine were a poo to fit so I would reckon you'd be better sticking with the MK ones...

or use kart seats, you get them in sizes to suit the skinniest 7 year old right up to fat gits like me
