Hi All Is there a specific type of rubber moulding that is generally used to fit on the edge of the scuttle above the dash? I've seen various pics of cars with a type of padded edging . Dont want to use the r ibbed snap on stuff ,looks too basic . Have looked at various suppliers ,but no joy. What have others used? Cheers ROD
We used Baines rubber extrusions and mouldings

Where about did you get your aluminium strips you have on the entry aperture Graham- have been trying for ages to find a supplier- you did tell me but
i have forgotten!doh!

any length their not fusy
alas no knockhill for me- back shift
i made my own trim , I used a strip of vinyl as used on the dash and stitched it around a length of 8mm dia electrical cable , actually tv aerial
coax. I then sandwiched it between the dash and scuttle and bolted through it.

But whats the fun in buying it? .I also needed it there and then, I find that if I buy something I either pay other the odds for 1 item to be posted
or wait until ive got a bigger order and then have to wait for it arrive.
