Clocks (what are they from)
Hi All
Can anyone advise me on what these clocks have come out of, I want to use them but need to find out what the wiring willbe and what senders will be
required. There is a part number on the back is there any way of finding out via that.
Many Thanks Steve

Cheers,
David
They say Ford (sorry that part i Should of mentioned) the part Number is C9AH 17360 B. Just been looking at a website that gives you some idea of the
part numbers and it says "C" = 1960's and the 9 is the year so they are from a 1969 car, does that help
Steve
Capri for sure
A very big Ford Capri...
I assume its an electronic rev counter. In which case its important to know if it was a 6 or 4 cylinder car. I not worth messing around with if your
engine is a different number of cylinders. Also you may find it more difficult to get the speedo calibrated than the 'Smiths' type of
instruments.
Pretty impressive though, it reading 110mph already! - Alan
MK1 escort GT
Would go with capri,
looks v similar to the ones that were in my F27 before i ripped them out and replaces with stand alone guages.
Definately a MK1 Escort.
Mk1 Escort or Mk2 Cortina definately not Capri as the smaller gauges were 2 each on either side of the speedo, tacho they were on my Capri any
road.Size of the panel looks like Mk2 cortina 1600 GT or 1600E.
Cheers,
Bob

They are mk 1 escort GT, RS 2000 or E
Look like mk1 Escort to me too (GT/Mexico/sport) etc.
Capri clocks had two of the smaller dials positioned either side of the speedo and rev counter.
Andy.
Mk2 COrtina had small dials four in a row either in the middle of the dash (1600E) or in a bulge on top of the dash (1600GT).
Upmarket Mk1 Escort for sure.
