Best edge trim for tight radius and 1.2mm panel

Hi all,

Anyone recommend anything specific to basically act like an open grommet on a 40-odd mm hole in an aluminium panel?

I've got some quite small rubber "U" trim I've used on mine. Can send ya bit thru the post to try?

VW part 1J0827417 is a 2 part blanking plug that would probably do the trick, it's approx 40-50mm off hand.
From a mk4 golf, mk5 polo and all the related cars.

There's stuff on eBay called Neoprene blow hole rubber.
Any use?
