i was thinking of using these counter sunk bolts
http://www.ebolt.co.uk/metric/sck_cnt_snk_scr/ss_sck_cnt_snk_scr.htm

with these finishing cups just as they are, with an ali dash and no covering
http://www.ebolt.co.uk/metric/plastic/plastic_wsh/finishing_wsh.php

can anybody see any problems..and has any body used this e-bolt company..

You would just need to make sure that they didnt stick up more than the allowed amount or they would most likely fail the radius test on the cup washer edges, from memory I think the allowance is 5mm. I used button [domed] head screws for my dash, these are fine as nicely radiused.

I'm planning to use this type of bolt as it should be OK for the SVA raius test http://www.ebolt.co.uk/metric/sck_btn_scr/ss_sck_btn_scr.htm
